Branded Materials

The Office of External Relations and Communications has displays, handouts, and branded materials available for use by system offices for events and meetings with outside parties. Leave-behinds/handouts

Our publications page lists materials available for leave-behinds. It includes Pocket Facts, the annual report and other publications. The pieces are excellent tools for educating various audiences about the breadth and depth of the impact of the U of I System.

The items below area also available to system units without charge for use for guests and constituents (not for personal employee use). Please only request the quantity needed. Our office reserves the right to limit quantities, charge a fee, or decline requests. Requesting units are responsible for pickup except for small quantities.

• Pocket folders with U of I System logo; 8.5" x 11", navy blue with logo in silver, two pockets
• Note pads with U of I System logo; 5.5" x 8.5", 25 sheets per pad, white with black logo

 

Displays available for use

Each item notes a location.  Arrangements can be made to transport most items to a different External Relations office for pick up; please call 217-333-6400 or email infosource@uillinois.edu for details. Requesting units are responsible for returning items to the same (lending) office in good condition. Units returning damaged displays will be charged for repairs or replacement. 

Backdrops

All backdrops are 8' x 8' and are easy to pop-up. 

Light background with all three universities represented in vertical sections, with the U of I System logo and Altogether Extraordinary. There are two backdrops located in Chicago, Springfield, and Urbana each.

Pull-Up banners 

Banner stand, U of I System logo and campus images, 33.5" w x 89.5" h.
Heavy base with windowshade banner that unrolls from the base and hooks onto pole. Comes in compact carry case. There are two pull-up banners in Chicago, Springfield, and Urbana each.

Lectern drapes 

U of I System logo and Altogether Extraordinary, 20" w x 36" h.

Options for dark blue background with white lettering or white background with dark blue lettering. One of each option is available at Urbana, one dark blue is at Chicago, and one white is at Springfield.

 

Tablecloths

8-foot U of I System cloth table throws, 48" w x 36" h, two designs. Design choices and storage locations are:

• Colorful cloth, white logo imprint (Urbana, Chicago)
• Conservative light grey, with dark blue logo imprint (Urbana, Springfield)
