Immigration and DACA

The University of Illinois System and its universities are committed to advocating for undocumented students, including those protected by the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. We continue to urge Congress and the Administration to enact legislation to ensure that so-called DREAMers can continue to learn and thrive. The U of I is a leader in teaching, discovery and outreach in our state, the nation, and the world. Our doors are open and welcoming to talented individuals from around the globe and we pledge to ensure that this openness continues into the future.
