Mental Health Resources

The system-wide resources below are available to all students, faculty, and staff throughout the University of Illinois System.

 Well-Being Toolkit of On-demand Resources

During the 2025 Mental Health and Wellbeing event, Dr. Bryan Sexton introduced us to Duke's On-demand Well-Being Toolkit. These tools are evidence-based, interactive, and designed for busy professionals. The interventions they provide will last between 3 and 15 days.

 Mental Health Self-Assessment Toolkit

Coming soon! These anonymous online screenings offer a quick way to check if you might be experiencing a mental health condition. While these tools don’t provide a formal diagnosis, they can help you decide whether it’s time to reach out to a mental health professional for support.
