Mental Health Resources

The system-wide resources below are available to all students, faculty, and staff throughout the University of Illinois System.

 Well-Being Toolkit of On-demand Resources

During the 2025 Mental Health and Wellbeing event, Dr. Bryan Sexton introduced us to Duke's On-demand Well-Being Toolkit. These tools are evidence-based, interactive, and designed for busy professionals. The interventions they provide will last between 3 and 15 days.

 Mental Health Self-Assessment Toolkit

These anonymous online self-assessments are based on screening  tools that have been proven by research to help identify symptoms of a mental health disorder. The assessments don't provide a formal diagnosis, but they can help you decide if you should contact a mental health professional for support.
