UIS records day

The Records and Information Management (RIMS) team is coming to campus for a day of training and one-on-one consultation. This no cost event is for any and all faculty and staff that want support or answers to their records and information related issues. 

Schedule of events

9am-11am PAC Main Concourse:
Morning open office hours. Schedule a visit from the RIMS team to your office by emailing RIMSgroup@uillinois.edu
, or stop by our kiosk and ask us anything and everything about your documents and records.


11am-12:30pm PAC G: Brown bag lunch & learn (drinks and dessert provided) with mini-sessions on:
o Is it a record and can I scan it? – 11:05
o Email tips & tricks – 11:20
o University Archives (guest speaker Tom Wood) – 11:35
o Records storage at UIS – 11:50
o Which copy is the real record? – 12:00
o Records obligations made easy – 12:15
