The BPI Shared Service offers a variety of opportunities for participation to University employees.  Opportunities include working on process improvement projects, designing/developing/delivering training, coordinating community development events and assisting with communications.  Benefits include professional development, increased visibility of university operations and recognition of contributions.

Participate in a Process Improvement Community Series Seminar

Interested in learning more about process improvement at the University of Illinois?  Every quarter the BPI Shared Service presents a process improvement related topic at the Process Improvement Community Series.  Discussions will focus on how to utilize the lessons on solving everyday challenges.  Refreshments and an opportunity to network with peers will be provided.  See Community Series for more details.

Attend a Training Program

The BPI Shared Service offers a variety of training opportunities focused on the concepts, tools and techniques of process improvement.  The training is provided free of charge and is offered on each campus on a quarterly basis. See Training Opportunities for more details.
