Resignation agreement announced
URBANA, Ill. — The University of Illinois and Professor Lisa Troyer have agreed to terms defining her resignation from the University.
Professor Troyer has resigned her tenured faculty appointment in the Department of Psychology on the Urbana campus of the University effective August 15, 2012. The University has agreed to pay Professor Troyer $175,000 as severance as part of a separation agreement. The University has not initiated, and will not initiate, any disciplinary process.
The resolution was the result of a mediation conference agreed upon by both sides.
