The Workers' Compensation Office is responsible for the investigation and management of the workers' compensation claims of all University of Illinois employees who are injured on the job, regardless of location and includes employees of statewide Cooperative Extension Service, Rockford and Peoria medical schools and those on the payroll of the University of Illinois working at remote locations.
Claims filed by employees of the University of Illinois will be adjusted according to the Workers' Compensation Act of the State of Illinois.
To report work-related incidents . . .
- Immediately contact your supervisor to report the incident
- Complete a University of Illinois Employee's Injury Report Form
- Promptly seek medical care if appropriate at:
